Refund Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges.

  • 14 days return and exchange policy, No claims are valid afterwards.
  • Customers are not allowed to open parcel before payment. Products must be returned in original packaging along with tags to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Please record a video while unboxing the parcel. Complaints will only be accepted with video proof. 
  • Products must be unused. Products will not be refunded or exchanged if they're used, without tags or original packaging.
  • Any return or exchange parcels need to be shipped by the customer. Riders are not responsible for returns. Return parcel delivery charges will not be refunded. Only the price of the product will be refunded.
